About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory, IAM, and Datacenter Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, Active Directory (AD) environments, and datacenter infrastructure. The ideal candidate will come with strong engineering expertise, not just support experience, and will contribute to building secure, scalable, and high-performing IT systems.

This role requires hands-on experience in engineering, automation, and optimization of AD, IAM, and Datacenter operations, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

Active Directory & IAM:

Design, deploy, and maintain secure Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers and Group Policies.

Implement and optimize IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, RBAC, identity lifecycle management).

Manage Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid identity solutions.

Enforce security best practices, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001.

Automate identity workflows (provisioning, de-provisioning, governance) using PowerShell and other scripting tools.

Datacenter Engineering & Infrastructure:

Manage Windows Server environments ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Monitor and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).

Oversee storage systems, backup, and disaster recovery planning.

Work closely with infrastructure teams for seamless cloud and on-prem integration of identity services.

Ensure datacenter hardware, networking, and security systems function optimally.


Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in Active Directory administration, IAM solutions, and Datacenter Infrastructure engineering.

Strong knowledge of LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, Federation Services (ADFS, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

Hands-on with Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good programming/scripting knowledge (any platform) with willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.

Certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, MCSE, VMware, SailPoint.
