This role requires deep platform-level expertise, a strong understanding of Amdocs product architecture, and the ability to drive technical excellence across complex billing landscapes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement robust Amdocs billing solutions that meet high availability and scalability requirementsOversee configuration, customization, and integration of billing modules including rating, charging, and invoicingOptimize billing system performance through proactive tuning, monitoring, and capacity planningPartner with cross-functional teams in CRM, ordering, and mediation to ensure seamless data flow across the BSS stackTroubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver sustainable fixesEvaluate new product capabilities and lead upgrades, enhancements, and platform modernization effortsEstablish engineering standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks within the billing domainRequired Skills and Experience10–15 years of experience in Amdocs Billing Platform engineering and solution deliveryStrong expertise in Amdocs C1, ECE, AR, and related billing modulesProven ability to design and optimize high-throughput rating and charging systemsExperience integrating Amdocs billing with CRM, ordering, mediation, and finance systemsSolid understanding of BSS/OSS processes and telecom revenue management workflowsStrong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to manage critical issues under tight timelinesExcellent communication and leadership skills with experience guiding technical teamsPreferred QualificationsExposure to cloud-hosted Amdocs deployments or hybrid architecturesHands-on experience with Dev Ops pipelines , CI/CD automation , and monitoring frameworks for billing environmentsFamiliarity with convergent billing systems and emerging digital monetization modelsIf you excel in Amdocs billing system architecture and thrive on improving complex telecom platforms, we would be delighted to connect with you.
