Zabbix experience is mandatoryInstallation, maintenance, removal and reinstallation of monitoring tools (ability to install and configure Zabbix server, Zabbix proxy server and Zabbix endpoints.Sound knowledge of Windows and Linux.Good knowledge of scriptingAbility to write functions / script to enable monitors of all technology endpoints like OS, Network devices, Firewall etcProficiency in monitoring and management communications, technologies including wmi, snmp, syslogTroubleshooting and fixing monitoring issuesGood to have SkillsUnderstanding of Network and CloudQualification and Experience:B.E/MCA/Graduation/Diploma in EngineeringMinimum 10 years of experience.Key Result AreasAdhere to Response/Resolutions timelinesHandling escalated calls.Professional Attributes (Knowledge and Skills)- Excellent communication skills- Attention to detail- Proactive and aptitude for meeting aggressive deadlines- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
