Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning, design review, execution, and commissioning of all MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, and other building services).
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure MEP works are executed as per drawings, standards, and specifications.
  • Review MEP design documents, shop drawings, and material submittals.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP works within cost and quality parameters.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety norms.
  • Provide technical expertise for resolving site issues related to MEP works.
  • Prepare and review contractor bills related to MEP scope.
  • Collaborate with PMC, architects, structural, and civil teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure energy efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with statutory guidelines.
  • Generate regular MIS and progress reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • 10–15 years of experience in MEP design, coordination, and execution of large-scale real estate projects (residential/commercial).
  • Strong knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (consultants, contractors, internal teams).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹120,000.00 per month
