Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our team at iKrux Engineering. As a Business Analyst & Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of technology-aligned projects in the investment banking and capital markets domain. The role requires superior analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in project management and business analysis in the investment banking or capital markets domainStrong knowledge and understanding of investment banking processes, trading, treasury, derivatives, and Foreign Exchange (FX) OptionsProven experience in end-to-end project management, from project planning to deliveryExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutionsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholdersExperience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologiesCertifications such as PMP, CBAP, or PMI-PBA are highly desirableProficiency in project management tools and software

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor the development and implementation of plans for the design, testing, and implementation of all business requirements.Reporting of Projects status under the assigned scope of workEnsure the project management framework, stage gates for the projects are followed and the artifacts are maintained in the Central Project repository.Able to communicate with different stakeholders, internal, client and change teams to share informationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills accompanied with excellent communicationEnsure documentation and deliverables are consistent with defined standardsStrong experience in IT consulting and business analysis - process definition, requirements gathering and elicitation.Proficiency in writing BRD, FSD and use stories, user story decomposition and ability to handle multiple work streams and assignments simultaneously, able to lead implementations and work as part of a team.Good understanding of the full project lifecycleExcellent organization and communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external clients in both the business and technology at any levelCreating sequence diagrams, preparing data model and use cases for the most complex storiesSupporting development team during design and implementation of business requirements
