Role:  We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior C++ Developer to enrich our platform, focusing on compiler design and JIT (Just-In-Time) compilation optimization. This role isn’t just another job; it’s a gateway to making a tangible difference in cutting-edge technology areas. We encourage our team to collaborate in person at our WeWork office in Bangalore, ensuring synergy and dynamic teamwork.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience  in software development.
  • At least 2 years of strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++14 or above).
  • Proficiency in the Linux development environment.
  • Knowledge of Boost libraries and C++17 features.
  • A strong foundation in programming language design and compiler principles.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in compiler optimization  and JIT compilation techniques.
  • A background in distributed computing and understanding parallelism concepts.
  • A portfolio or examples of projects focusing on performance optimization and compiler design.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive advancements in our software’s optimization capabilities.
  • Collaborate on integrating machine learning for optimization, implementing security enhancements, and improving power management.
  • Engage full-time to address and solve complex challenges in compiler design and optimization, contributing to our mission of revolutionizing performance optimization.
