Job Overview The job position is for a Junior Business Development Executive within the interior design sector, located in the vibrant area of Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time role that combines client relationship management with interior design expertise. The ideal candidate will utilize these skills to develop and maintain client relations, craft strategic market approaches, and contribute to the growth of the organization. Qualifications and Skills Strong client relationship management skills are mandatory, focusing on maintaining and nurturing client partnerships. Interior design knowledge is a mandatory skill, required to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions. Proficiency in CRM software to effectively manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle. Experience in market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and keep the company competitive. Expertise in lead generation to create leads and initiate prospective client contacts to expand the business network. Capability to deliver engaging and professional sales presentations that clearly convey value propositions to potential clients. Strong communication and negotiation skills for building rapport with clients and closing deals efficiently. Analytical mindset to evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic changes. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies tailored specifically to the interior design domain. Identify and engage potential clients through strategic market research and lead generation techniques. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fulfillment of business objectives. Present business proposals and product solutions tailored to individual client needs and requirements. Collaborate with the design team to translate client requirements into actionable interior design solutions. Continuously track market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Report to senior management on progress, including client acquisition, retention, and sales performance metrics. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous business growth and client engagement improvement.
