*Role Overview*

The Academic Coordinator will manage the academic delivery and operations of UPSC programs, ensuring quality education, effective scheduling, and seamless coordination between faculty, students, and management.


*Key Responsibilities*

- Design academic calendars, timetables, and test series.

- Coordinate with faculty for lectures, study material, and performance tracking.

- Address student queries, monitor progress, and organize mentorship programs.

- Ensure updated content is aligned with UPSC patterns.

- Oversee classroom logistics and implement academic policies.

- Plan workshops, webinars, and guest lectures with UPSC experts.

*Skills and Qualifications*


*Essential*

- Familiarity with the UPSC exam structure and preparation methods.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Should be fluent in Malayalam


*Preferred*

- Experience in UPSC-focused academic administration.

- Proficiency in educational technology tools.
