Role Summary:

We are looking for a sharp and imaginative 
Content Developer
 to join our creative team. This is a full-time, 
onsite role
at our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate is someone who can craft compelling copy across mediums—from brand films and brochures to digital campaigns and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging content for branding, advertising, digital campaigns, websites, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and client servicing teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Adapt tone and style based on brand voice and target audience.
  • Write short-form and long-form content for social media, ads, brochures, blogs, scripts, and more.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
  • Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and creative impact across all touchpoints.

Key Requirements:

  • 2 years of professional content writing or copywriting experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of formats (campaigns, digital, print, social).
  • Excellent grammar, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines, handle feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for branding, culture, and consumer behavior.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to real estate, healthcare, or lifestyle brands.
  • Understanding of SEO, UX writing, or content strategy is a plus.
  • Experience working with creative or campaign teams.
