Job Location : Bengaluru

Experience: 6- 20 Years

Job Requirements:

  1. Must have working knowledge on

  2. Static Equipment/ Pressure Vessel such as Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Columns, storage tanks etc.

  3. Piping arrangements, piping isometrics, plot plan, equipment layout, piping class definition etc.
  4. Materials take-off, material specifications, valve material specifications, data sheets, vendor proposals
  5. Well conversant with ASME sections like Sec-II, Sec VIII Div-1, TEMA and B31.3 code calculations

  6. Stress analysis on joints, holes, vents, PRD & pipe supports.

  7. Should be able to perform the Stress calculations, MSOT and MAWP calculations for piping and pressure equipment.

  8. Should be able to model pressure vessel and heat exchangers in design software for analysis/ assessment.
  9. Should be conversant with code applicability and material selection criteria.

Desired skills:

  • Familiarity with industry codes such as ASME 31.3, Sec-II, Sec-V, Sec-VIII Div.1 & Div.2, Sec-IX, API-510, API-570, API for valves and commonly used ASME, API & ASTM codes.
  • Hands on experience on tools such as PV-Elite, Plant Manager, CAESAR II, Navisworks, Smart Plant Review, Nozzle Pro, etc. (Must know at least two mentioned in the list)
  • Demonstrated organizational, coordination, planning, interface and technical judgment skills.
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
  • Good leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English.

Good to have skills:

  • Experience in live Plant Operations will be an additional advantage.
