Position Description

Required Skills:

7+ years of relevant IT experience

Primary Responsibilities

- Utilize the SAS support website ( and SAS documentation for installation setup and troubleshooting- Maintain LSF operations on the SAS GRID and monitored Job Count, Memory and CPU health using RTM for LSF- Troubleshoot Process manager and GFS2 issues- Responsible for Hotfix implementation on Test and Prod Metadata, mid-tier and compute tiers to resolve performance issues.- Identify and provision for EOL software technologies- Participate in audit and compliance issues related to SAS environments- Support SAS9.4M7- Apply updates, patches and maintenance releases

Skills/ Competency – Additionally Preferred

- Migration Experience from SAS9.4 M7 to M8- Experience in performing Version upgrades- Excellent communication skills
