(High Salary) Robotic Process Automation Consultant

Duties:

This role will be ready to innovate and explore what’s possible in the world of process automation. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes. You’ll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, and fixing bugs. To be successful, you’ll need experience in UiPath, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, and Power BI. The senior developer will develop the automations and work with other developers to guide the implementation of automations. This role will also help the development team analyze the performance of applications to optimize the coding and testing of the solutions and support the automation infrastructure and overall architecture.

- Provide guidance with process design.- Design, develop, and test automation workflows.- Deploy UiPath components, including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.- Support the launch and implementation of robotic Process Automation solutions using either UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate.- Implement analytical workflows for business processes using Alteryx.- Create solution design, testing, and user manual documentation.- Implement test automation solutions.- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.- Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.- Lead the efforts of the deployment of each automation.- Lead Automation Production Environment to identify day to day production issues and fix them.- Work with the solution architect and senior developers to finalize the design of the automations.- Implement UiPath AI Center solutions.

Skills:

- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or Java.- Proficiency in Process Automation tools and platforms, such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and Alteryx, with a strong focus on financial, HR and Sales Operations use cases.- Familiarity with Business Application such as SAP, Oracle, and SFDC CPQ.- Hands-on experience with the Robotic Enterprise Framework- Experience of working with cloud and On-premise orchestrator.- Good exposure in planning and executing all phases of software life cycle, starting with requirement study, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.- Experience on Excel Automation, Citrix Automation, Web Automation, E-mail Automation, and Image/OCR Automation- Experience working with UiPath AI Center and working with cloud-based AI Models.- Experience working with Microsoft Cloud Power Automations.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, computer engineering, or related field- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in process automation and analytical automation.- Proven working experience with process improvement methodologies and/or software development.- It is good to have an understanding of the Microsoft Azure AI Solution (not mandatory). It is an added advantage.
