**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience in Node.js and React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a passion for coding, and the ability to work collaboratively on both front-end and back-end development tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js for backend services and React.js for frontend interfaces.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to create user-friendly and efficient applications.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with best practices and company standards.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality code practices.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, optimizing application performance and responsiveness.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovations to our tech stack.

- Engage actively in Agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.


**Qualifications:**

- 4 to 7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.

- Proficient in Node.js (Express.js preferred) for backend development.

- Strong experience with React.js for building responsive and dynamic user interfaces.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience in integrating them within applications.

- Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with data modeling and management.

- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
