As the Chief Marketing Officer at Vijayanand Travels Pvt Ltd, you will head our entire marketing department and spearhead our marketing strategies both online and offline. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively increase revenue, occupancy rates, and app downloads.
- Enhance brand awareness and market engagement through innovative campaign management.
- Lead performance marketing efforts to optimize ROI across all digital platforms.
- Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to maximize online presence and organic growth.
- Manage Public Relations (PR) and Online Reputation Management (ORM) to foster positive public perception and handle crisis management.
- Drive content marketing strategies to engage audiences across various media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget and track ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team to meet strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CMO, preferably in the transportation or related industry, with a successful track record in scaling business operations through effective marketing.
- Strong experience in digital and traditional marketing, including but not limited to performance marketing, SEO, and PR.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies for increasing app usage and engagement.
- Fluent in digital analytics and tools, with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred:
- Experience working with mobile applications.
- A blend of agency and in-house experience is highly desirable.
