RPA Business Analyst Job Description - Immediate joiners will be preferred
all 7-9 years Exp in Business Analysis out of which 3-4 years of Min using RPA as a technology
requirement is for a strong RPA Business Analyst, who has designed RPAs based solutions in the past using Automation Anywhere/ BP/UI PATH
of RPA BSA will be to partner with IT Product managers and business users to develop end to end understanding of their process and map them into RPA based solutions ( Prepare PDD containing required process maps)
RPA Assessments with an output to get RPA Automation Potential %
experience on building and designing automation with input/output criteria, logic, error handling, scenarios etc.
knowledge share with RPA Developer to ensure design and requirements are met
test cases, data sets for unit, unit testing and business reviews
UAT and assist to get Sign-off from business users
resolution of critical issues in production as needed
business reviews and walkthrough with end users
change control processes to ensure appropriate approvals are procured for production deployment
access or storage prerequisites for the automation with IT/Business owners
verbal & written communication skills
knowledge and experience of process mapping tools like Visio /BPMN 2.0 Modeler like Signavio, Camunda Modeler or similar tools
with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
preferred Knowledge and experience in architecting integrated solutions in combination of BPMN, AI/ML
or demonstrable knowledge of: BPM/Lean/Six Sigma/Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is an added advantage
