JOB DESCRIPTION:  

Dolly J, one of India’s leading fashion brands specializing in haute couture is looking for a senior fashion designer to play a lead role on the Couture Design team.  


Responsibilities: 

• Lead the design team in conceptualizing and creating high-end couture 

collections 

• Translate creative visions into detailed sketches and technical drawings. 

• Create cutting edge couture pieces which incorporate the latest trends in and western design  

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure the seamless execution of 

designs 

• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative 

environment 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Senior Fashion Designer in the couture or luxury fashion 

industry 

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of designs and technical skills 

• Excellent knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and manufacturing 

processes 

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills 

• Passion for creating unique and captivating couture pieces
