You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D. E. Our mission was simple: create an item of equal or greater quality than the leading luxury brands and sell them at a much lower price.RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate and schedule interviews for roles of all levels, from IC to senior leadership.● Partner with executive assistants, recruiters, and sources to streamline scheduling.● Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.● Provide stellar candidate experience by addressing all candidates' needs and ensuring process moves efficiently.● Provide any ad hoc support for events, meetings, etc. beyond interviews.● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, job postings, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools.● Generate and analyse recruitment metrics and reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving the hiring process.REQUIREMENTS:● BA/BS degree or equivalent experience● 0.6 months + 2 years of recruiting coordination experience in-house at a tech company● Experience scheduling for leadership interviews● Strong verbal and written communication skills● Ability to solve ambiguous problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment
