Candidates from Financial services companies who are working in Agritech and have experience in supply chain fintech, product invoice discounting, and sales invoice discounting would be given first preference.

• Proven experience in executing Supply chain Financing or Invoice discounting (SID and PID) deals within the Agri B2B space .

We are seeking a dynamic State Head to join our Fintech team. This role will focus on establishing and managing client and broker relationships, generating new business, and expanding our market presence in targeted clusters. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of lending processes and being skilled in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

○ Develop and manage client relationships by building a strong customer and broker base.

○ Initiate and nurture relationships in target clusters, positioning our products such as Sales Invoice Discounting and Purchase Invoice Discounting to meet client needs.

2. Business Development:

○ Generate leads through effective prospecting and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

○ Travel within the local area to identify and acquire new customers from the open market.

3. Sales Execution:

○ Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

○ Prepare tailored sales proposals and present them to prospective clients to secure business.

4. Product Expertise and Market Insight:

○ Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and processes to effectively communicate their value.

○ Monitor market trends, track competitor activity, and provide actionable feedback to help shape our strategy.

5. Smooth Loan Disbursal Process:

○ Understand the lending process thoroughly to align borrowers and ensure a seamless path to loan disbursals, meeting clients' financial needs efficiently.

6. Reporting and Feedback:

○ Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in Agri sales, ideally in financial services or lending products.

●Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.

● Ability to work independently, travel locally, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
