The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring and administering OTM modules and functionalities to streamline transportation and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Demonstrate deep understanding and hands-on experience with various OTM modules, including Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract Rate Management, and Business Process Automation.

2. Perform Configuration and Administration tasks effectively to optimize system functionality and performance.

3. Apply advanced SQL/PL/SQL skills to develop, troubleshoot, and enhance OTM applications.

4. Ensure efficient database operations and seamless integration with OTM systems.

5. Configure agents, saved queries, itineraries, and locations to automate key processes within OTM.

6. Upload and manage data using CSVs and XML files to facilitate smooth operations.

7. Set up VPD profiles, user roles, screen sets, user menus, and user preferences to align with business requirements.

8. Configure and manage OTM functionalities for Planning, Rates, and Routes.

9. Create and optimize itineraries, including multi-stop and multi-leg configurations, to support complex transportation needs.

10. Develop, configure, and manage agents and agent events to automate workflows and enhance system efficiency.

11. Troubleshoot and monitor agent activities, ensuring smooth execution of business processes.

Reporting and Templates :

12. Design and develop reports, query templates, and format templates to meet operational and analytical needs.

Experience : 4-5 years of hands-on experience with OTM, including development and support.

Requirements :

1. Proficiency in SQL/PL/SQL with proven experience in Oracle database management.

2. Strong knowledge of OTM configuration and administration.

3. Solid understanding of OTM Planning, Rates, and Routes, including Rate Records, Rate Offerings, and Services.

4. Experience with agent setup, event management, saved queries, and data uploads.

5. Ability to extract, interpret, and analyze log files for troubleshooting.

6. Strong aptitude for designing and implementing efficient business processes within OTM.

Communication Skills :

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
