Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated GoLang Developer or Backend Engineer – GoLang Specialist with expertise in GoLang to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs in a microservices architecture. This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical infrastructure components that support cloud platforms, cost management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs using GoLang in a production environment.
  • Build and maintain microservices and distributed systems that are robust, scalable, and efficient.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various internal and external systems, including billing and infrastructure management platforms.
  • Work with PostgreSQL and other relational databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure high-quality code by following software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Manage cloud-based services and understand cost implications of infrastructure decisions.

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with GoLang in production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
  • Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and understanding of cost management concepts.
  • Proficient with tools such as Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and development best practices.

  • Experience integrating with APIs for billing, monitoring, or infrastructure management is a plus.
