Job Description
Ter ondersteuning van het ERA netwerk vanuit het Belgische hoofdkantoor , zoeken we een technisch profiel met een gezonde interesse in IT , gecombineerd met een sterke ervaring in technische Salesforce-configuratie- en development . Je komt terecht in een centraal team dat instaat voor IT- en Marketingondersteuning voor 130 ERA kantoren en 620+ medewerkers.
Als specialist zal je voornamelijk instaan voor het configureren van innovatieve Salesforce-functionaliteiten op ons eigen unieke ERAforce platform . Dit platform wordt beschouwd als het digitale hart van het ERA netwerk waarmee alle ERA makelaars hun klanten zoals kopers, verkopers, huurder en verhuurders ondersteunen tijdens hun transacties. ERAforce is uitgegroeid tot een centraal digitaal platform met meer dan 300 verschillende functionaliteiten en  wordt al 9 jaar intensief gebruikt door alle ERA makelaars. Je werkt onder supervisie van onze Salesforce architect en in nauwe samenwerking met ons support team en analisten.
Je zal werken vanuit het prachtige hoofdkantoor in Sint-Niklaas , alsook vanuit onze HUB in Gent , gecombineerd met een stuk remote werken.
Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Configuratie van nieuwe projecten en changes ter verdere innovatie van het platform;
    • Configuratie van aangepaste objecten, fields, formulas, record pages, etc.
    • Configuratie van sharing settings.
    • Focus op low-code configuratie met behulp van Salesforce flows.
    • Basis APEX development voor triggers en maatwerk.
    • Data mapping voor integraties met andere systemen.
  • Testing, debugging en deployments van nieuwe releases.
  • Nauwgezette opvolging en status updates van changes en projecten op basis van Case management in Salesforce.
  • Schrijven van technische documentatie van je geconfigureerde oplossingen.
  • Plannen en uitvoeren van datamigraties ter onboarding van nieuwe ERA makelaars.
  • 3rd line technische support voor issues na ingebruikname.

Vereisten
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in IT en digitalisering, meer nog het is je passie
  • Je hebt minimum een bachelordiploma in IT / Computer Science.
  • Je werkte reeds minimum 2 jaar in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Je bent vaardig in low-code Salesforce flow configuratie en hebt hier reeds meerdere automatisaties mee opgezet.
  • Je ben certified als Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin en als plus ook Developer.
  • Je hebt voornamelijk kennis van Salesforce Sales cloud.
  • Je scherpt je Salesforce skills continu aan door bij te leren op Trailhead en het onderhouden van certificaties.
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt in functie van meetbare resultaten.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die graag samenwerkt om samen de doelstellingen te bereiken.
  • Je werkt punctueel en voert werkzaamheden zorgvuldig uit op basis van werkinstructies.
  • Je bent proactief en neemt initiatief om verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Je hebt een interesse in vastgoed.
