Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable software solutions. You will work across various layers of the stack, with a strong focus on Core Java, Microservices Architecture, and modern front-end technologies such as Angular, React JS, and Vue JS.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.


- Architect and implement highly scalable RESTful Web Services to support seamless integration with various systems.


- Develop and maintain the front-end of the applications using modern UI technologies like Angular, Vue JS, React JS (React Redux/React Native), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to best practices.


- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and QA to deliver high-quality software products.


- Ensure software quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.


- Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, architecture, and process improvements.


- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.


- Manage the full lifecycle of development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-production support.


Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Core Java: Strong knowledge of Java (JDK 8+) and experience with multithreading, collections, and functional programming.


- Microservices Architecture: Hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining microservices-based architectures.


- RESTful Web Services: Experience in building REST APIs and integrating with third-party systems.


- Spring Boot: In-depth understanding of Spring Boot and related technologies like Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.


- UI Development: Expertise in Angular, Vue JS, React JS (React Redux/React Native), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.


- Front-end Frameworks: Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as Angular (2+), Vue JS, and React JS.


- DevOps and CI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.


- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile development environment, including the use of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.


- Version Control: Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.


- Database Skills: Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).


- Cloud Platforms: Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.


- Leadership: Proven experience leading development teams and guiding technical direction.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with React Native for mobile app development is a strong plus.


- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.


- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on results and delivery.
