  • Email security / network security applications

  • will be expected to interact with sr people – so attitude and demeanour has to be mature, professional , sensible and proactive
  • will attend to server, mail and desktop related calls
  • constant upgradation of knowledge thru inhouse and internet resources



Requirements



  • Desktop trouble shooting experience: 1-2 yrs and server level IT support at least 1.5-2 yrs
  • Knowledge and hands on experience on Server hardware fundamentals  (  Raid and installation ), Windows Server,   Active Directory, Group Policy, Hypervisor 
  • Basic Knowledge of  Networking  should have worked with on Router, Switch,   UTM  ( SonicWALL  and Sophos or any other UTM  )
  • Good hands on experience/ knowledge on Desktop  Fundamentals
  • English Communication Spoken/ written    should be good
  • CCNA Training essential- certification preferred
  • Ideally prefer permanent residents of Delhi – else should be staying in South/ Central Delhi or at close distance to the Yellow Metro line
