We are seeking experienced and highly skilled AEM Backend Developers to join our team for a prestigious client engagement. As an AEM Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend components and integrations within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom AEM components, templates, and workflows.

Implement and manage AEM back-end services, including OSGi components and Sling servlets.

Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party services.

Optimize AEM performance, scalability, and reliability.

Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.

Collaborate closely with front-end developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and business analysts.

Adhere to coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in AEM back-end development.

Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager 6.x, especially on back-end development.

Proficient in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, Apache Felix, and HTL.

Hands-on experience in building custom AEM components and templates.

Knowledge of integrating AEM with RESTful APIs and other enterprise systems.

Familiarity with DevOps, Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Adobe Certified AEM Developer (a plus).

Experience working with large-scale AEM implementations for enterprise clients.

Exposure to front-end technologies (React/Angular/JavaScript) is a plus.
