Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain web applications.Write clean and efficient code while adhering to coding standards.Debug and troubleshoot software defects and issues.Assist in the testing and quality assurance processes.Learn and apply best practices in software development.Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Skills required:

Candidates must have 2+

years of Industry experience in Ruby .Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.In-depth knowledge of Ruby language and Ruby on Rails framework and creating safe/secure RESTful APIsExperience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and the ability to design efficient database schemas.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of external services (Sidekiq, Payments, Mailgun, Report generation).Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.Expertise in Test-driven development (TDD) ex: RspecWrite clean, testable code and participate in analysis and technical design.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Interview process:

1. Screening round: Duration ( 30 mins )

coding challenges and logic-based questions.

This interview will focus on your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and coding proficiency. You may be asked to solve

coding problems and design solutions.
