Qualifications

  • customer service representative, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills. This is for an International Voice Process Role with Exceptionally Good Communication Skills .
  • We are looking for a Patient and Empathetic customer service representative with extensive background in conflict resolution and customer care.
  • Should be well versed in working in customer service and problem solving environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is a mandate
  • Experience range: 2-8 years , Prior experience preferably from US OR UK Europe region process.
  • Shift Timings : UK Shift
