Position Summary

We're seeking a creative Graphic Designer with strong 2D and 3D skills to bring our brand assets to life across digital, print, and motion channels. You'll work closely with our marketing, product development, and social-media teams to craft visually compelling designs—whether it's a packaging mock-up or a rendered 3D product shot—that reflect True Care's commitment to transparency, quality, and efficacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity & Collateral
  • – Develop and maintain on-brand visual assets: logos, packaging mockups, brochures, catalogs, and stationery.
  • – Ensure consistency of typography, color palettes, and overall aesthetic.
  • Digital & 3D Design
  • – Create graphics for web (banners, landing pages, email templates), social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), and paid ads.
  • – Model and render 3D product visuals and scene compositions for use in marketing collateral and on-site.
  • – Optimize 2D and 3D visuals for various formats (desktop, mobile, stories, reels).
  • Product Packaging & Labeling
  • – Design packaging concepts in collaboration with product development and regulatory teams, ensuring compliance with FSSAI/CDSCO guidelines.
  • – Prepare dielines, 3D mockups, and print-ready files.
  • Assets for Content Marketing
  • – Produce infographics, e-books, whitepapers, and presentation decks.
  • – Work with copywriters to visualize data and storytelling.
  • Photo, Video & Motion Support
  • – Assist in art direction for product shoots; retouch images as needed.
  • – Create simple motion graphics, animated GIFs, or short video snippets for social media.
  • Collaboration & Feedback
  • – Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or consumer-goods industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 2D branding, packaging, digital campaigns, social-media work and 3D renders/models.
  • Excellent layout, typography, and color-theory skills.
  • Basic understanding of print-production processes and file preparation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar).
  • Experience with motion-graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (Sketch, Figma).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email-template design.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for cosmetic packaging in India (FSSAI, CDSCO).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
