We are urgently looking for a Sound & Project Engineer/Manager to oversee the design, planning, installation, and commissioning of sound systems across Inox/PVR projects. The role requires expertise in audio engineering, project execution, and vendor coordination, ensuring state-of-the-art sound experiences in line with Inox standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and implement cinema sound systems for new and existing projects. (cinemas, auditoriums, events).
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and AV vendors to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Conduct site inspections, acoustic analysis, and sound system calibrations.
  • Oversee procurement of equipment and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Manage vendor relationships and supervise installation teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution.
  • Document project progress, maintain reports, and hand over completed systems to operations teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Sound Engineering, Electrical / Electronics, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in sound system design, installation, or project management (cinema, auditorium, or live sound preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of professional audio systems, acoustics, and calibration tools.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
