Role: Data Analyst

Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi

Experience: 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data models that support product analysis and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights
  • Build, monitor, and optimize data funnels for core user journeys and product features
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to inform product strategies and identify areas for growth
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of user engagement, behavior patterns, and revenue metrics.
  • Support A/B testing and product experimentation with data analysis and insights
  • Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency across reporting platforms
  • Stay updated with the latest data analytics trends and best practices in the gaming and content industry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is must
  • Basic understanding of statistics such as hypothesis testing and Bayesian statistics
  • Familiarity with analytics frameworks, data funnels, and user segmentation. Experience in BI Tools like (CleverTap, MoEngage, etc.) will be an advantage
  • You should be able to generate insights and hypotheses from data and use them to drive business outcomes
  • A minimum of 6 Months - 1 year of relevant experience in the analytics field, including experience in hypothesis testing/statistics and product or digital analytics, is preferred
  • The candidate must be able to grasp the business and product decision-making processes and provide analytics that align with business and product objectives
  • Ability to think critically and logically. Should be able to synthesize recommendations from data and communicate ideas effectively
  • Shouldn’t shy away from experiments
