We are seeking a
Marketing Counsultant
who will ensure flawless execution of marketing projects, from packaging and content to creative assets, while driving efficiency, collaboration, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project workflows and ensure timely delivery as per planned schedules.
• Drive process optimization and efficiency across all project stages.
• Manage multiple stakeholders, including agencies, compliance teams, and category teams.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to deliver packaging, content, and creative assets in line with brand guidelines.
• Execute marketing initiatives with speed and precision, maintaining a high bar for quality, especially during new product launches.
• Establish robust tracking and reporting mechanisms for visibility, accountability, and on-time delivery.
• Apply strong project management skills to balance and prioritize multiple workstreams effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management/operations, ideally with exposure to creative workflows.
• Prior experience working with leading agencies (e.g., Schbang, Leo Burnett, Ogilvy, Dentsu, McCann, etc.) on brand briefs across packaging, content, and creatives.
• Strong understanding of marketing nuances, brand-building, and creative processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
