- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.

- Ensure the proper setup of organizational structures, GL configurations, cash journal, clearing control, and payment methods within SAP ISU.

Technical Skills :

- SAP ISU Billing, Device Management, and FICA modules expertise.

- Experience in end-to-end implementation of SAP ISU modules in utilities projects.

- Deep understanding of SAP ISU Meter to Cash (M2C) processes and device management lifecycle (Planning to Retirement of devices).

- Strong configuration knowledge in SAP ISU, including Rates design, Schema, Prices, Operand allocation, RTP, ToU, Invoice Layout & Bill Print, Exceptions Management.

- Knowledge of FICA processes such as Dunning, Collection, Installment Plans, Main & Sub Transactions.

- Experience with SAP ISU integration with R3 modules like MM, PM, FICO, and other enterprise systems.

- Familiarity with AMI offerings in SAP ISU and its integration.

- Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues within SAP ISU, with some knowledge of basic ABAP skills.

- Strong understanding of SAP ISU's integration with external systems and databases.

- Expertise in SAP FICA module configuration, including Direct Debit Payments, Account Assignment, GL setup, and integration with other financial systems.

- Experience with data migration tools, SAP ISU interfaces, and custom developments.

- Knowledge of SAP user exits and BADIs for extending standard functionality.

- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

- Experience with customer-facing roles and strong communication skills.

- Ability to support and train users on SAP ISU solutions.

Additional Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
