Brew Apps is growing fast, currently a fully remote team based in the USA and India, and is hiring for multiple roles.About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and skilled 3 D Animator to join our team remotely on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll help bring ideas to life through engaging and high-quality 3 D animations for use in digital media, games, marketing content, or product visualization. You will collaborate virtually with our creative team to produce animations that captivate audiences and meet project goals.Key Responsibilities- Design, rig, and animate 3 D characters, props, and environments.- Develop fluid motion sequences that enhance storytelling and visual impact.- Collaborate remotely with designers, modelers, and project managers to align creative direction.- Optimize 3 D assets for real-time applications and smooth playback.- Handle rendering, lighting, and compositing tasks as needed.- Ensure quality, style consistency, and adherence to project timelines.- Revise work based on team or client feedback in a timely manner.Qualifications & Skills- Proven experience as a 3 D Animator or in a similar role.- Proficiency in tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4 D.- Strong understanding of rigging, timing, and animation principles.- Experience with rendering engines (Cycles, Arnold, Redshift, etc.).- Eye for detail, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.- Reliable internet connection and good communication skills for virtual collaboration.Preferred Qualifications- Familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity for real-time animation.- Knowledge of motion graphics or 2 D animation (After Effects, Adobe Animate).- A portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and versatility.Work Hours & Compensation- Type: Part-time (15–25 hours per week)- Location: 100% Remote- Schedule: Flexible working hours based on project needs- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
