JobDescription For Senior Software Developer (DEV L3)
 Senior Software Developer (DEV L3) is an experiencedprofessional responsible for more complex tasks and projects. Theyshould provide technical leadership and mentorship to thedevelopment team. They should also conduct code reviews and ensurecode quality and best practices. They should collaborate withproduct managers to define software requirements. They also shouldbe able to mentor the team of associate software developers andSoftware developers i.e. DEV 1 and DEV2.
In addition to L1 and L2 responsibilities the SeniorSoftware Developer (DEV L3) will:
  • Expert knowledge of backend codingtechnologies and Linux servers along with frontendtechnologies.
  • Should be able to mentor a teamof developers providing guidance and support in projectexecution.
  • Troubleshoot test and debugPabbly Connect bugs to ensure optimalperformance.
  • Architect and design complexsoftwarecomponents.
  • Lead technical discussions andcontribute to technicaldecisionmaking.
  • Review and approve code writtenby otherdevelopers.
  • Knowledge of security bestpractices and threatmodelling.
  • Experience with continuousintegration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)pipelines.
  • Monitor team performance trackproject progress and report key metrics tomanagement

Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in workingwith Pabbly Connect or any automation tool.
  • 4 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in PHP and experience with frameworks likeCodeIgniter version 4.
  • Experience in MySQL database management.
  • Strong proficiency with CSS HTML JavaScript jQuery Ajaxand Bootstrap.
  • A person who is good withdocumentation and eager to learn new technologies would be perfectfor this role.

Job Description ForSoftware Developer (DEV - L2) Software Developer (DEV - L2) is amid-level position with a solid foundation in coding anddevelopment. They should design, code, and modify softwareapplications according to specifications. They should alsocollaborate with the cross-functional teams, including productmanagers and QA. They should be able to fix the more complex bugs,by users or by any team members. They should also document thedevelopment changes before launching any new features. They shouldbe able to guide Associate Software Developers (DEV - L1) Inaddition to L1 responsibilities, the Software Developer (DEV - L2)will: Develop, maintain, and enhance our applications usingsoftware development technologies. Work independently ondevelopment tasks with minimal supervision Deep understanding ofGithub. Should be able to design complex software features. Ensurethe top-tier availability and performance of the applicationConduct unit testing and participate in integration testing. Mentorand support Associate Software developers. Implement and maintainback-end services, databases, and APIs to support front-end andback-end functionalities. Grasp new technologies to supportbusiness needs to attain high reusability and maintainability ofcurrent and newly developed systems Provide system designrecommendations based on technical requirements Should have a deepunderstanding of DevOps principles and practices Experience workingwith APIs, both integrating a third-party API and creating your ownwhen necessary (Oath, Facebook, Twitter, Google API experiencepreferred) Requirements: Strong proficiency in working with PabblyConnect or any automation tool. 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.Proficient with MERN Stack.
