Position: Semarchy LeadLocation: Remote with quarterly visit to Chennai officeDuration: Full TimeShift timings: 5:30 pm - 2:30 am ISTBudget: Open to discussResponsibilities Ability to Identify and analyze business requirements, functional design and translate requirements to technical specifications, MDM workflow configuration Analyze, define and implement data quality rules. Translate business requirements into technical design Define business process workflows using MDM tools to enforce data governance Collaborate with several technical teams and business users for Development, QA and operations support Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processesMandatory Experience: 5+ years of experience in Data Modelling, Data Integration, Data Management and Data Validation 2+ years of development experience in Semarchy xDM 3+ years of experience in Data profiling/Data quality Strong working knowledge in SQL Experience working with business users in agile an environment. Hardworking, dedicated and motivating person capable of forming and maintaining positive and productive team environments and with integrative thinking skills. Ability to work independently but MUST be a proven team player. Worked in all phases of software development life cycle. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
