The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Oracle Fusion applications, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration within the organization. Additional responsibilities include training team members and delivering excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore with some work from home acceptable.QualificationsOracle Fusion Cloud ExpertiseDeep technical knowledge of ERP, SCM, and EPM modulesHands-on experience with configuration, customization, and extensions2. Development & Customization ToolsProficiency in Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Redwood Design System for UI extensions and app development3. Integration & MiddlewareStrong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , APIs , and connectorsAbility to design and oversee system integrations with third-party applications4. Data ManagementExpertise in data migration , data integrity , and reporting/analytics across Fusion modulesExperience with SQL and understanding of Oracle Database concepts (ERDs, keys, tables)5. Security & ComplianceIn-depth understanding of Fusion security model — role design, privileges, and compliance management6. Upgrades & EnhancementsExperience managing patching, upgrades, and enhancements in Oracle Fusion with minimal disruption
