Job Summary

• Years of experience needed – Minimum of years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Technical Solutioning with hands-on development and implementation. Proven track record of designing & delivering complex marketing automation solutions.

Technical Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Proficiency:

Journey Builder:
Design and implement automated customer journeys.

○
Email Studio:
Create and manage email campaigns

○
Mobile Studio:
Implement mobile messaging and push notifications.

○
Automation Studio
: Implement complex workflows that automate marketing and data management tasks based on criteria configured.

○
Advertising Studio:
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns.

○
Cloud Pages and Content Builder:
Develop landing pages and dynamic content.

• Integration Expertise:

APIs and Middleware:
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools to connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).

Data Integration:
Knowledge of data synchronization and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Technical Design:

○ Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

○ Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and data flow diagrams.

• Implementation:

○ Lead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio.

○ Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet business requirements.

• Integration:

○ Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) using APIs and middleware.

○ Ensuring data flows and synchronization between systems are seamless and accurate.

• Optimization:

○ Monitor and optimize marketing automation processes to improve performance and ROI.

○ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Collaboration:

○ Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

○ Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.

• Best Practices:

○ Implement best practices for data management, security, and compliance within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

○ Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates and innovations and advise on new features and functionalities.

• Training & Support:

○ Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and technical staff.

○ Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
