JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, drawing meaningful insights, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business decisions. This role plays a crucial part in helping our company make informed choices based on data analysis.REPORTINGTo the Co-Founder & CEO with a dotted line reporting to the VP-Engineering.Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.- Prepare data visualizations to communicate findings to various stakeholders.- Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.- Generate reports and presentations for management and other departments.- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.EXPECTATIONS- The candidate must be a mid level executive within a NBFC or Fin Tech company, with a thorough understanding of digital lending.- The candidate must have robust accounting knowledge with skills in using accounting software and Google Sheets.- Knowledge of any 'LMS' tool is a plus- The candidate must be currently residing in Mumbai.- Note: This is a full-time leadership role with a work-from-office schedule.
