You will leverage enterprise capability tools and environment automation tools to drive our business. This position requires working in rotational shifts including INDIA,EMEA & US shifts in a 24x7x365 work environment.As a Platform-Ops Engineer you will…Support all aspects of Cloud operations on a day-to-day basis and monitoring continuous availability, durability, performance, scale and up-time of multi-cloud JFrog SAAS servicesAnalyse events, perform troubleshooting and incident response, communicate with internal stakeholders and track events & problems through to resolutionBuild & maintain SOP, tribe knowledge for necessary monitoring, automation activitiesClosely collaborating with SRE/Production engineering & Cloud engineering on SAAS improvementsTo be a Platform-Ops Engineer you need…Minimum 1 years of experience as a Cloud-Ops engineer/NOC engineer and /or Linux sysadmin.Working knowledge of public cloud environments(AWS/Azure/GCP) & Kubernetes orchestrated containerised workloads.Experience on any monitoring & instrumentation tools (Prometheus/Grafana, New Relic, Elastic or equivalent) is a plusExperience with automation using (Jenkins, Python, Shell scripting) is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to details and able to handle concurrently multiple tasks.Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
