Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Landscaping to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in horticulture and landscape management, with proven experience in independently handling medium to large-scale residential and commercial landscaping and irrigation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and execute medium to large-scale landscaping and irrigation projects for residential and commercial properties.
  • Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of landscape layouts in coordination with clients and design teams.
  • Supervise project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control.
  • Be fully conversant with plants, trees, and other softscape elements suitable for various environments.
  • Implement and manage horticultural practices including soil management, pruning, pest control, fertilization, and seasonal maintenance.
  • Oversee installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, including drip and sprinkler systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for material procurement and manpower allocation.
  • Prepare project reports, timelines, and documentation as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in landscape and irrigation project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Horticulture is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, and horticultural techniques.
  • Familiarity with landscaping tools, machinery, and irrigation technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
