- Minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation experience on SecOps SIR and VR module.

- Design and Architect Automation workflows for all the alerts coming in from SIEM Tools (QRadar, Splunk, Azure Sentinel.. Etc)

- Hands on experience in SecOps Integrations, Orchestration (with Active Directory, Office365, Defender ATP, EOP, Checkpoint, Palo Alto) and Playbook Configuration.

- Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, Jelly, and ServiceNow APIs

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide technical solutions that align with ServiceNow best practices.

- Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) processes such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders.

- Expertise in leading a team of ServiceNow developers and help and resolve all the complex issues.

- Experience with Standard ServiceNow integrations with ServiceNow SecOps products (VR, SIR, DLP, Qualys, SIEM, CVE, Threat Intelligence and CMDB).

- Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.

- ServiceNow certifications in SecOps will be added advantage
