Who We’re Looking For:

We’re on the hunt for a motivated Sales Executive with a background in Commercial Real Estate Sales . If you’ve sold SaaS-based products to brokers, channel partners, or if you have experience in SaaS sales alongside commercial real estate—you're exactly who we want on our team Your expertise in navigating the commercial leasing market and your innovative sales approach will be key in helping us grow our client base.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive Sales : Use your skills to bring in new clients, sell spaces, and build relationships that matter.
  • Connect & Engage : Network with brokers, corporate clients, and channel partners. Your personality is the key to turning leads into lasting partnerships.
  • Market Guru : Stay sharp on the latest real estate trends, competitive moves, and SaaS tech innovations to inform your sales strategy.
  • Close Deals : Be a pro at negotiating lease terms that meet client needs and align with EFC's goals.
  • Promote Our Spaces : Work with the marketing team to create buzz and make our spaces shine through innovative campaigns.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven track record in Commercial Real Estate Sales .
  • SaaS sales experience (bonus points if it involved brokers or channel partners).
  • Strong communicator with exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
  • Ability to hustle, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
