Responsibilities Perform clinical assessments and interpret diagnostic imaging for musculoskeletal conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, spine issues, and pediatric orthopedic cases. Assist in and perform surgical procedures including joint replacements, arthroscopy, fracture fixation, spinal surgeries, and hand/foot surgeries. Provide pre- and post-operative care, including patient counseling and follow-up. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with institutional standards. Participate in on-call duties and emergency trauma response. Engage in continuous learning, clinical audits, and teaching activities under supervision. Requirements MBBS with MS Ortho or DNB Ortho qualification. Valid registration with Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state council. Proficiency in core orthopedic procedures: trauma, joint replacement, arthroscopy, spine surgery, fracture fixation, pediatric orthopedics, and hand/foot surgery. Strong knowledge of surgical anatomy, biomechanics, and evidence-based practice. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-call schedules. Basic proficiency in EMR systems and digital imaging tools. Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
