Job Title: Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant 


Location: Metro Hospital, Noida 


Position Summary:

The Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for the support, optimization, and enhancement of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules integrated with the Hospital Information System (HIS). The role requires a balance of technical development and functional expertise to ensure smooth operations, system efficiency, and seamless data flow across the hospital's IT ecosystem. 


Key Responsibilities: 

1.     Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS modules, primarily Financials (AP, AR, GL), Procurement, and HIS . 

2.     Support and maintain existing integration between Oracle EBS and HIS. 

3.     Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize custom reports, interfaces, workflows , and PL/SQL scripts . 

4.     Collaborate with hospital stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements. 

5.     Ensure data integrity and seamless information flow between Oracle EBS and HIS. 

6.     Train end-users and provide ongoing system support. 


Qualifications: 

•                Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 

•                5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant. 

•                Expertise in Oracle Financials, Procurement modules. 

•                Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and workflows . (Preferred but not mandatory). 

•                Experience in integrating Oracle EBS with third-party systems (preferably HIS). 


Skills & Competencies: 

•                Strong understanding of business processes in Financial Management, Procurement. 

•                Good communication and documentation skills. 

•                Experience in a hospital or healthcare IT environment is an advantage 

•                Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on exciting integration projects.
