Position: Assistant Manager – FinanceCTC: ₹4 – 5.5 LPA (commensurate with current CTC and experience)Location: Bhubaneswar / JamshedpurJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Finance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of finance operations, statutory compliance, and reporting frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesPayment Processing: Timely and accurate processing of payments to employees, vendors, and government authorities.Monthly Finalization: Preparation and finalization of monthly financial statements along with variance analysis reports.Board Support & MIS: Prepare financial reports and presentations for board meetings; manage regular MIS reporting.Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and personal income tax regulations.TDS, MCA, ROC Compliance: Ensure timely deduction, deposit, and return filing for TDS; handle statutory filings under MCA/ROC.Related Party Transactions: Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations governing related party dealings.Expense Provisions: Accurate provisioning of expenses in accordance with accounting standards.Taxation: Working knowledge and compliance with GST and Income Tax laws.ERP System Knowledge: Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.Qualifications & ExperienceQualification: CA Inter/ CMA InterExperience: Minimum 1 - 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant finance/accounting role.About CLPS Ri Di KRi Di K is a global technology solutions provider and a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation (NASDAQ: CLPS), delivering cutting-edge end-to-end services across banking, wealth management, and e-commerce.
