Senior Program/Project Manager – AI, Dev Ops & GCP Cloud DeliveryPosition: Senior Project Manager / Program Manager Experience Required: 15+ Years Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of proven expertise in leading large-scale technology programs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Project & Program Management, combined with deep exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, Dev Ops practices, and GCP Cloud Delivery. This individual will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams, ensuring end-to-end project success, and delivering cutting-edge digital transformation initiatives for global clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large-scale AI and cloud transformation programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.Drive the adoption of Agile/Dev Ops methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices across engineering teams.Oversee the delivery of AI/ML models, data pipelines, and cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, architects, and cloud engineers to ensure seamless project execution.Manage budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.Define and monitor KPIs, success metrics, and governance frameworks for program health and delivery.Provide thought leadership in AI, Dev Ops, and Cloud modernization, advising clients on best practices and delivery strategies.Mentor and guide junior project managers, scrum masters, and delivery leads.Required Skills & Experience15+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 5+ years in AI, Dev Ops, and Cloud delivery projects.Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) delivery, including services such as Big Query, AI Platform, Vertex AI, Kubernetes (GKE), and Cloud Functions.Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions, data engineering pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.Solid understanding of Dev Ops tools & practices (CI/CD, Git Ops, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker).Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks with a track record of successful large-scale agile program execution.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with experience engaging CXOs and senior business executives.Strong risk management, budgeting, and vendor coordination expertise.Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/SAFe Agilist, and GCP Cloud Architect/Engineer preferred.Nice to HaveExposure to multi-cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with MLOps and scaling AI workloads in production.Industry knowledge in Telecom, BFSI, Retail, or Healthcare domains.Prior experience in setting up AI/Cloud Centers of Excellence (Co E) or transformation offices.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.Advanced certifications in Cloud, AI/ML, or Project Management are highly desirable.Think global.
