Job Description

Programming/ coding - Contributes in embedded firmware development as per the detailed design specification providedUnit test script/ code development - Develops unit test codes & scripts to ensure coverage of all test specificationsUnit test execution and test report generation - Executes unit test cases and scripts and generates test reportsDefect tracking and analysis - Analyzes test results to identify code/ script defects and reports the sameDefect fixing - if any defect is detected and reported, works on defect fixing ensuring manager/senior is updated of the sameS/W Integration testing and test report - works towards software integration testing and generates the test reportsSupport DVT, Board bring up, testing and report generation

Is involved in board bring-up, testing and report generationSupport System testing and test report - works towards system testing and generates the test reportsSound knowledge of Embedded SW programming in C, C++, Real Time OSStrong debugging skills, working with new/existing, complex code baseKnowledge in multi-thread architectures involving multiple processes, Board bring upWork experience & knowledge on 8/16/32 bit microcontrollersand ARMKnowledge of design of serial / network communications including UART, CAN, I2C, SPI, USB, Ethernet (TCP/IP, UDP).Stacks/Middleware integration (Bluetooth, USB, Ethernet etc.) Configuration Management: Should have working experience with tools like Git, JIRA etcKnowledge of IEC 62304/ISO13485 standards is added advantage. Hands on experience in using measurement equipment like multimeter, Oscilloscope, Function generator etc.Quality systems: Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 13485, IEC 62304 is desirable. Medical domain software development experience is desirableStrong Communication skills with ability to communicate to the customer independently. Strong team player
