About the Team:

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and development of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our AI-driven platform.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.
- Establish best practices for UI development, ensuring high-quality code and design consistency across the platform.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and drive continuous improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design, implementing innovative solutions to enhance user interaction.
- Mentor junior UI engineers and promote a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in UI engineering or frontend development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with extensive experience in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in design and functionality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
