The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing and maintaining automated test scripts, as well as experience in test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java. - Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test strategies. - Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins. - Generate detailed test reports and track defects using JIRA or similar tools. - Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in test automation. Key Skills: - Proficient in Java programming. - Expertise in Selenium WebDriver. - Knowledge in BDD frameworks like Cucumber. - Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
