Job description
We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to join the Broadcast operation team. This role will be predominately supporting our client’s broadcast infrastructure and operational teams to deliver and support live channels at a high standard to consumers on multiple platforms.
Be part of the shift-based Support team responsible for 24/7 first line engineering support, incident management and technical engagement with end clients on our Master Control Room Systems.
Full training will be provided.You will work closely with Team manager and client’s team to resolve issues and meet operational needs in our 24/7 facility. The role involves remote maintenance and operation of a wide range of broadcast equipment and IT systems. This is a 24/7 shift-based role which includes weekend work.
DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?
· Good knowledge on Networking and windows
· Basic Knowledge in Ubuntu (beneficial)
· Basic knowledge in streaming and CDN technologies
