Inviting applications for the role of Lead Analyst.
Job Description:
Should have experience in implementing software for the electrical grid.
knowledge of Power Systems (Masters or above in Power Systems desired) across Transmission and Distribution.
Role will be to evaluate and write test cases to ensure performance and overall test coverage for grid software products.
work with scrum team as a functional Expert, involve in backlog grooming and provide functional knowledge to technical members.
Work with stakeholders and product teams to identify backlog for both test automation and performance testing teams.
Do validation of deployed products for correctness of configuration and functionality.
Has a good understanding of Data Models used in Transmission and Distribution domain - CIM, etc.
Has good understanding of how to manage, modify and scale existing data models to meet test automation and performance testing needs.
Has good communication skills with the ability to work with global stakeholders in gathering, understanding information and functional details needed for the project in an agile/scrum setup.
Ability to escalate and have a go-getter attitude to ensure technical members are unblocked and get clarified on all their queries
Ability to test and quality check deployed software and data on quality environments (both internal and external) before handing it to downstream teams
Prepare documentation capturing relevant Domain and Functional knowledge, create Knowledge Base and Reference material.
Preferred Skills:
Functional knowledge in Electrical Grid - Asset Management, Transmission, Distribution, Power Systems, Markets, DERMS, etc.
Knowledge in Data models used in Electrification Software like CIM.
